-This is an 18 and over facility. No persons under the age of 18 are allowed in the studio at any time.
-We operate on a by appointment only basis. All studio rentals must register online in advance.
-No street shoes beyond the reception area.
-Client excepts sole liability for themselves and their guests and is responsible for any and all property damage and/or personal injuries incurred during the time of their booking.
-Wrongful or fraudulent credit card chargebacks that are later closed in favor of Studio Nightshade, LLC will incur a $50 chargeback processing fee and will receive a lifetime ban from Studio Nightshade.
-Studio Nightshade has a no refund policy. All sales are final.

ARRIVAL + DEPARTURE:

-The allotted time block includes arrival and departure time. Please make sure you exit the facility on time. We do allow a 5 minute grace period for potential exit delays, however any delay beyond that will be charged for an additional block of time equal to the original booking.
-The studio and retail space are monitored by 24 hour cameras to ensure safe and timely rentals.
-All bookings will receive a lockbox code and instructional email for how to access the building and operate the lighting and sound systems. Be sure to read this before you arrive.
-Feel free to adjust the AC as needed. Do not adjust the temperature below 71 degrees. Set thermostat back to 84 prior to leaving.
-Leave the studio how you found it. Clean the poles, put away any towels and spray bottles, turn off the lights and fans, and lock the door.
-Damage to or theft of any Studio Nightshade property, including but not limited to: merchandise, lighting, sound system, flooring, mirrors, and decor will be billed to the credit card on file.
-Put the key back in the lock box before you leave. Clients who lose or misplace the key will be charged a $75 fee.
-Failure to lock the door upon exiting will incur a $150 fee and the rentee will be held responsible for any and all damage to the space caused by unauthorized users.

By renting Studio Nightshade, you are agreeing to adhere to any and all studio policies. Failure to do so may result in additional fees and/or being barred from the facility.
